Site Visitation & Survey
Landscape design is a creative process. Our lead landscape designer prefers her first visit to a property be a solo venture. She wanders, takes pictures, gives herself the time needed to understand the lay of the land, the light, the overall feel of the environment, the personality of the home.
Initial Meeting
Then it’s down to business. We invite you to a meeting in our offices so everyone can truly focus on the project. It’s a thoughtful, collaborative process designed to help us get a good feel for how you use your space, your style, likes and dislikes. We ask that you bring images and links to things you find appealing along with house plans and your plot survey. After this input, we discuss scope of work, process and the design budget.
Design Review Meeting
Our designer builds on this firm foundation. She presents her landscape concept, gets feedback, and makes any requested revisions. Once the design is agreed upon and the budget approved, we discuss first-available installation dates.
