His vision of creating beautiful outdoor spaces, combined with Shelly's expertise, has made Cody Landscape Fort Worth's trusted name in luxury landscaping for over forty years.

Shelly doesn't just design landscapes – she creates outdoor experiences. With a degree in horticulture and an artist's eye, she transforms ordinary spaces into extraordinary retreats. From intimate courtyards to stunning pool areas, she thinks beyond plants to create spaces that feel like natural extensions of your home. When Shelly said she wanted to make Cody Landscape "the Neiman Marcus of landscaping," she didn't just pick up a weed eater – she earned her degree in horticulture and transformed our entire approach to design.

With over 35 years of senior financial management experience and a deep understanding of our services (starting as a client himself), Alan brings strategic vision to Cody Landscape's growth. His expertise in finance, commerce, and administration helps ensure we can continue delivering excellence while growing thoughtfully. A Texas A&M graduate and retired CPA, Alan's strategic planning keeps us focused on what matters most - creating beautiful spaces for our neighbors.

Starting as our CAD design specialist in April 2022, Paulina combines her architectural expertise with landscape design to bring visions to life. Working closely with Shelly, she creates detailed renderings that help clients visualize their dream spaces before breaking ground. As Landscape Manager, she ensures every project moves smoothly from concept to completion, coordinating with our crews to maintain The Cody Way in every installation.

As Shelly's right hand, Sandi helps bring design visions to life. She's instrumental in coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring every project detail is captured perfectly. Her expertise in both design collaboration and project coordination helps make the entire process seamless for our clients. From initial consultation to final installation, Sandi ensures every client receives the personal attention that defines The Cody Way.

Leading our maintenance division, David ensures every property receives the detailed care it deserves. He coordinates our certified maintenance crews, oversees our training program, and works directly with clients to meet their specific needs. Whether it's preparing for a special event or handling routine care, David makes sure every detail is perfect, treating each property like the living artwork it is.

Following in his father's footsteps (who served our clients for over 20 years), Gerardo Jr. leads our maintenance teams with precision and care. Under his guidance, we're the only company in the area using quiet electric blowers–because we believe you should be able to enjoy your morning coffee without the roar of gas-powered equipment. His team's attention to detail ensures your property always reflects The Cody Way.

Heading our irrigation division, Cody Jr. brings a lifetime of experience ensuring landscapes stay healthy and vibrant. As licensed irrigators, we're available exclusively for our landscape and maintenance clients, providing remote system monitoring and instant adjustments when needed. Because we limit our service area to select neighborhoods, you'll always receive priority attention. She's often the first person you'll speak with, guiding you through our unique process while coordinating with our design, maintenance, and irrigation teams.
