Our Process
Our landscape design and installation process has been developed and shaped over the years and allows for the most harmonious, creative collaboration between our clients and our team.
The Cody Landscape Design and Installation Process
1. Initial Contact
Whether you come from the website or a referral, we value each and every potential client.
2. Site Visitation and Survey
Shelly will visit your property, take pictures and brainstorm possibilities. The homeowner does not need to be available for this. For maximum creativity it is best for Shelly to have this time on your property with out the homeowner to brainstorm to get a feel for the environment.
3. Initial Meeting
We discuss the process, determine your design budget and get a good feel for who you are, your uses for the space, your style, likes and dislikes, etc. This meeting is held at our offices on 3144 Ramona Drive. We ask that you please bring with you images, links of things you like, your survey and house plans.
4. Initial Design Meeting
We will have images, examples, and lay out on Cad paper so we can talk about the conceptual design of areas and review Shelly’s Ideas.
5. Design Review Meetings
Shelly will go over landscape design and budget and let you know the earliest installation dates that are available.

Landscape Maintenance
Fort Worth Landscape Maintenance
Our commitment to our clients goes beyond the initial landscape design and construction. A good landscape maintenance program ensures that your investment in your landscape is protected and that you will have a beautiful, thriving landscape for years to come.
Our landscape maintenance program includes the following services:
Degreed Horticulturist
Shelly is available for plant health issues and to supervise the trimming so the landscape continues to be in good health and look beautiful. Shelly will communicate with your crew leader without a bother to you.
Gardening Services
We are highly trained gardeners who are detail oriented. Our goal is to help you enjoy your time at your home more.
Irrigation Maintenance
Our licensed irrigators are exclusive to our maintenance and design build clients. What is unique about our company is that we know how to maintain and install the irrigation system and we are experienced gardeners who know what plants need.
Our landscape maintenance services begin at $500 and no contract is required.
