Where Every Corner Gets Its Moment

We featured the front yard of this property in our May newsletter, but there’s a lot more to this story. This property highlights what we love most about thoughtful landscaping. From fresh spring color out front to calm, structured moments in the rear garden, every space is designed with purpose. It's a great example of how layered design and seasonal updates can bring out the best in a property.

Front Yard: Clean Lines, Fresh Color

Our goal here wasn’t to start over, it was to elevate. Crisp bed edges, structured symmetry, and white seasonal blooms set a calm, classic tone. Azaleas added spring energy, but the framework stays sharp year-round.

Design insight: You don’t always need a dramatic change. Simple refreshes, done well, make a big impact.

Side Yard: The Quiet Standout

This side yard continues to be one of our favorite walk-through moments. Framed with structured evergreens, bold color from the Japanese maple, and quiet materials underfoot, it proves that a pass-through doesn’t have to be plain. And if you’re wondering whether personality has a place in the landscape, just ask the cow head keeping watch above the grill. We love a little unexpected character.

Rear Garden: Low-Key and Layered

Privacy plantings, gravel, and a custom fountain create a peaceful rhythm in the back of the home. Texture plays the leading role here with soft foliage, seasonal containers, and a layout designed to settle in naturally over time.
